Hummus Toast

617

I love hummus toast because it can be customized using any ingredients you have on hand. This recipe is inspired by the hummus toast my husband and I had for breakfast at Toast & Coffee in Oklahoma City while traveling cross country. Loading your hummus toast with vegetables is a great way to pack nutrients into your meal. I also enjoy adding chia and hemp seeds for extra protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The radish sprouts contain vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, they also deliver calcium iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Also, growing your own sprouts is easier than you think. Check out my TikTok to learn how.
