White Bean Cheese Sauce

The white bean cheese sauce is creamy with a cheddar cheese flavor while packed with plant-based protein and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz cannellini beans
  • 1 cup unsweetened original plant-based milk
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • ½ Tbsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  • To make the white bean sauce add all of the ingredients to a high powdered blender for 5 minutes until ingredients are incorporated and creamy.
