White Bean Cheese Sauce
The white bean cheese sauce is creamy with a cheddar cheese flavor while packed with plant-based protein and fiber.

Ingredients
- 15 oz cannellini beans
- 1 cup unsweetened original plant-based milk
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- juice from ½ lemon
- ½ Tbsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
Instructions
- To make the white bean sauce add all of the ingredients to a high powdered blender for 5 minutes until ingredients are incorporated and creamy.
