Superfood cookie dough bites are a perfect blend of taste and nutrition, providing a treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while nourishing your body.

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients

  • cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup vegan protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, flax meal, maca powder, and sea salt and process until well combined.
  • Add in the cacao nibs to the food processor and pulse until combined into mixture.
  • Roll mixture into 12 one-inch balls.
  • Combine the hemp seeds and shredded coconut together into a small mixing bowl.
  • Roll the balls into the coconut seed mixture to coat outside.
