The simplicity of this guacamole recipe is like the effortless days of summer when no one wants to be bothered by turning on a hot stove to cook. Guacamole is a versatile dish as well complimenting warm weather meals as a side dish with tortilla chips or as a topping on salad, tacos, sandwiches, or even pizza!
Chop vegetables and combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime, cilantro, cumin, and chili pepper together in a bowl
Allow to sit for 15 - 30 minutes to develop the flavors
Mash in the avocados with a fork until your desired texture is achieved (I like to leave some chunks of avocado)
Salt and pepper to taste and serve
Notes
