This is the perfect pizza crust when you are hungry and need a pizza that can handle A LOT of toppings.

Ingredients

olive oil - divided

Instructions
Combine yeast, sugar, and water and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add 2 Tbsp of oil, salt and 1 cup of flour and mix until combined.
Add another cup of flour and mix.
Then add the last cup of flour and mix until combined and the dough is smooth.
Cover dough with a clean kitchen towel and let sit in a warm space to rise for an hour.
Cooking instructions for Pizza
Place large castiron skillet or pizza pan in oven and preheat to 500° F.
Once pan has been in the oven for 30 minutes pull it out and coat bottom with 1 Tbsp of olive oil.
On a floured surface roll out dough to approximately 12 inches.
Carefully place dough in skillet and press the dough to the edges of the pan.
Brush dough with olive oil and top with whatever toppings you would like.
Bake pizza for 15 - 20 minutes until crust is golden.
Notes
This dough recipe freezes well.
