cans of non-alcoholic ginger beer

Cinnamon Simple Syrup Ingredients

brown sugar

cane sugar

water

cinnamon stick
dash of cinnamon powder
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water until dissolved
Add cinnamon stick and powder to the simple syrup mixture and let sit for 15 minutes
Remove cinnamon stick and transfer syrup to an airtight container until ready to use
Add sliced and juiced grapefruit, ginger beer, cinnamon simple syrup and sparkling water to a jug or punch bowl with ice
Garnish with grapefruit slices and a cinnamon stick
Notes
If you would like to add alcohol to this cocktail I would recommend tequila and if you want to add a smoky element to the drink try mezcal.
