Garlic Chili Oil
Garlic chili oil is a life-changing condiment! The raw nutty garlic is infused with spicy gochujang and crispy chilis. It is addictive and I want to put it on everything.

Ingredients

olive oil

sesame oil

garlic peeled and thinly sliced

gochujang

crispy chilis
Instructions
Heat a sauce pan over medium-low heat and add both oils
Once oil is hot add in the garlic slices and stir in oil for about a minute
Remove pan from heat and stir in the gochujang and crispy chilis; allow to sit until cooled
Notes
Store the oil in an air tight container in a cool dark environment. Use as a condiment on pizza, noodles, salad, soup, sandwich, literally everything!
