Green Goddess Lentil Kale Wraps
Some of my favorite ingredients from Trader Joe's bring this healthy wrap together quickly and is perfect for weekly meal prep.

can lentils

red pepper sauce

vegan green goddess dressing
for serving
Instructions
In a large saucepan heat the olive oil and add the garlic and kale and cook until the kale has wilted; about 5 minutes
Add in lentils, red pepper sauce, and salt and cook until all ingredients are heated through; about 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat and divide lentil mixture among the wraps and drizzle with the desired amount of green goddess dressing; wrap and serve
