can black beans drained and rinsed

salsa

nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Rinse quinoa and place in a medium saucepan with vegetable broth and bring to a boil
Reduce to simmer and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
Cover sauce pan and let quinoa sit for 10 minutes
Stir in remaining ingredients thoroughly and it is ready to serve
