large yukon potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
1
Tbsp
olive oil
3
cloves
garlic

Tbsp
fresh rosemary
½
tsp
garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the potatoes
Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with remaining ingredients and mix well
Bake for 20 minutes then flip potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden
Notes
You could substitute another type of potato for the Yukon. I also enjoy this recipe with red potatoes.
