Ingredients

  • 3 large yukon potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the potatoes
