Ingredients
- 3 large yukon potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the potatoes
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with remaining ingredients and mix well
- Bake for 20 minutes then flip potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden
Notes
You could substitute another type of potato for the Yukon. I also enjoy this recipe with red potatoes.
