large focaccia bread

cup
pizza sauce
Yves vegan salami

artichoke hearts
halved
⅓
cup
green olives
pitted and halved

bag
vegan mozzarella shreds
1
cup
arugula
dried oregano
for sprinkling
salt and pepper
to taste
olive oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Top the focaccia with vegan mozzarella shreds, Yves vegan salami, artichoke hearts, and olives
Lightly sprinkle everything with oregano, salt, and pepper
Bake pizza for 10 minutes just until cheese is melted and other ingredients are heated through (remember the focaccia is already cooked)
Remove from oven and top with arugula and drizzle with olive oil
Cut and serve immediately
