raw nuts
I used pecans, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios

Earth Balance butter
1
Tbsp
vegan Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
seasoned salt
¼

garlic powder
¼
tsp
onion powder
flaky salt for finishing optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix the raw nuts together in a large mixing bowl
In a microwave safe dish melt the Earth Balance butter
To the butter add the vegan Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix together
Stir the seasoning over the nuts and mix to coat
On a parchment lined baking sheet spread out the nuts into a single layer
Bake for 15 minutes stirring the nuts every 5 minutes
Sprinkle with flaky salt if using and let cook on baking sheet before serving
Notes
Nuts can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature for several weeks.
