
This is the perfect quick homemade recipe to bring to any party. It is quick and easy to make and will be an instant crowd-pleaser. This recipe can also be multiplied and given as holiday gifts. Who doesn’t love to receive food…right?
The seasoning comes together with only five ingredients. If you are too lazy to get out a mixing bowl you can combine everything on the sheet pan and throw it right in the oven.

Seasoned Mixed Nuts
Need to bring a last-minute dish to a party? These seasoned nuts are quick and easy and will be a definite crowd pleaser.
Equipment
- baking sheet
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw nuts I used pecans, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios
- 1 Tbsp Earth Balance butter
- 1 Tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- flaky salt for finishing optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix the raw nuts together in a large mixing bowl
- In a microwave safe dish melt the Earth Balance butter
- To the butter add the vegan Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix together
- Stir the seasoning over the nuts and mix to coat
- On a parchment lined baking sheet spread out the nuts into a single layer
- Bake for 15 minutes stirring the nuts every 5 minutes
- Sprinkle with flaky salt if using and let cook on baking sheet before serving
Notes
Nuts can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature for several weeks.
