This post highlights things that I like to put on my vegan charcuterie board but as always include ingredients that you love to eat. This feels like less of a recipe and more like guidelines I think about when setting up any type of board for a party. I went with ingredients that were vegan versions of a traditional charcuterie board by focusing on plant-based meats and cheeses.
Get creative and change the theme of your board. You could create a more vegetable or fruit-forward board with different types of dips. Create a dessert board with fruit, cookies, and candy. You are only limited by your imagination.
For the sausage on this vegan charcuterie board, I used Field Roast smoked apple sage sausage and Italian sausage because they are my favorite and I always include them on my boards. For the cheese, I went with what I could find on sale but there are many options out there. I like to try new vegan cheese products when they are on sale as they can be expensive.
