Ingredients

vegan sausage
I used Field Roast apple sage and Italian sausage
vegan salami, pepperoni, or deli meat
vegan cheddar
either spread or slices
vegan white cheese: gouda, mozzarella, swiss
either spread or slices
jam of choice
I used fig
fresh fruit
grapes and berries work well
fresh cut vegetables
carrots, bell pepper, celery, cucumber
coarse mustard
pickled vegetables
olives
assorted
dried fruit
apricots, figs, etc
assortment of crackers
at least two different kinds
sliced baguette
or bread of choice
roasted or seasoned nuts
I like almonds and walnuts
Instructions
Place the larger items, such as vegan sausage, vegan salami, vegan cheeses, and dips in a large tray, platter, or cutting board
Space out your larger items so you can fill the spaces in between with smaller items
Spoon the mustard and jam into small bowls and space them nicely on the board
Fill the rest of the space in with larger blocks of the remaining items. For example, all the almonds together and all of the dried apricots together
Serve at room temperature with cheese knives, spoons for dips and jams, and a basket of fresh sliced baguette
