These whole wheat vegan pepperoni pizza bagels make the perfect after school snack. They have dietary fiber from whole wheat, are plant-based, and are a fun treat. This recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes and can be frozen and reheated in the microwave so that it is safe for kiddos to cook on their own.
In this recipe, I used Daiya mozzarella shreds for the cheese and made the pepperoni recipe out of Isa’s Fake Meat cookbook. If you are looking for store-bought vegan pepperoni check out the Field Roast brand or Yves Veggie Cuisine pepperoni.
