Spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce over each bagel half
Top each bagel with vegan mozzarella shreds, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni
Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese is melted and the bagels are crisp
Remove from oven and top with torn fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes if desired

Freeze these mini bagel pizzas for the perfect after school snack. Once the bagel pizzas have cooled completely store in a freezer save container or bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. When the kids come home from school have them pull the desired amount of bagel pizzas out of the freezer and place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes.
