Place the flour on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to kill bacteria
With a mixer beat the sugar and butter together for 2 - 3 minutes
Add in milk, corn starch, and vanilla and beat on high for 1 minute
Add one cup of flour to the bowl and the salt and mix on low until combined
Add the remaining flour and mix until combined; the dough should be the consistency of playdough; add more flour if it is too wet
Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and set on baking sheet and place back into the refrigerator until white chocolate is prepared
Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe dish at 30 second intervals stirring in between each interval until melted
Use a toothpick to dip 20 dough balls into white chocolate and set back on the baking sheet; place sprinkles on top immediately after dipping in chocolate
Repeat to previous steps with the semisweet chocolate for the remaining dough balls; place sprinkles on top immediately after dipping in chocolate
Store in fridge until ready to serve
Notes
You do not have to use two separate chocolates if you prefer one to the other.
