Instructions
In a food processor combine the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, flax meal, maca powder, and sea salt and process until well combined.
Add in the cacao nibs to the food processor and pulse until combined into mixture.
Roll mixture into 12 one-inch balls.
Combine the hemp seeds and shredded coconut together into a small mixing bowl.
Roll the balls into the coconut seed mixture to coat outside.
Refrigerate on a parchment lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
