soy sauce

Tbsp
maple syrup

liquid smoke

tsp
smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Cut the tempeh into 3” x ¼” slices
In a small mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the tempeh on the baking sheet in a single layer and brush both sides with sauce mixture
Bake for 16 minutes flipping tempeh halfway through cooking time
Notes
This recipe is great on pizza, in vegan BLTs, on vegan Ceasar salad, in soup, etc.
