package of firm tofu drained and pressed

olive oil

soy sauce

tsp
maple syrup

tsp
liquid smoke

smoked paprika

garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Cut the tofu into ¼” cubes
In a medium mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients
Gently toss the tofu in the mixture
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the tofu on the parchment paper in an even layer
Bake for 30 minutes flipping tofu every 10 minutes until crispy
Notes
This recipe is great on pizza, in vegan BLT’s, on vegan Ceasar salad, in soup, etc.
