Vegan Crème Fraîche
My 5 minute Vegan Crème Fraîche is easy to make. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and viola!

Ingredients

of raw cashews

cup
of water

white balsamic vinegar
Juice from one medium lemon

tsp
kosher salt
Instructions
Soak cashews in warm water for two hours
Drain cashews and pour into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients

Blend until smooth adding more water 1 Tbsp at a time if needed to thin the mixture
Notes
You can incorporate fresh or dried herbs into the sauce for added flavor.
