whole wheat pita bread
cut into chip size triangles

cup
olive oil
⅓
cup
za’atar seasoning
flaky salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut pita bread in half, and in half again, continuing until you have chip size triangles
In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil and za’atar seasoning
Spread the pita onto a large baking sheet in a single layer
Brush the inside of the pita with the za’atar oil mixture
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until pita is golden and crisp
