Pita chips can be costly at the supermarket and are often loaded with ingredients like preservatives and excess salt that decrease the nutritional value of the food. Using a handful of simple ingredients you can whip up this recipe for a healthy snack or as party food. The whole wheat pita delivers more fiber than processed white flour pita bread. And with how addictive these chips are you will feel less guilty eating them all.
These pita chips pair well with my Mediterranean Vegetable Bowl!
