This recipe is a non-alcoholic version of a classic cranberry champagne cocktail. My digestive system has issues metabolizing alcohol. This can cause me to feel left out at social events when alcohol is being served. This non-alcoholic cranberry champagne cocktail makes me feel included in the festivities and can easily be adapted for guests that drink.
If you would like to include alcohol in this cocktail just substitute champagne for sparkling cider. Happy holidays!
If you want to make a larger batch cocktail that you can put in a pitcher check out my cinnamon grapefruit non-alcoholic cocktail.
