This meat alternative is quick to prepare and can be used in a multitude of recipes like stir-frys, tacos, wraps, or on their own. They are a versatile ingredient because they take on the flavors of whatever seasonings you decide to use. This recipe features soy curls as a plant-based substitute for buffalo chick’n. I recommend trying this recipe in wraps, on salads, and on my buffalo chick’n pizza!
