Salami, Bacon, Artichoke, and Spinach Pizza with Spicy Apple Honey

Ingredients
- 1 Neapolitan pizza crust
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 slices Yves vegan salami halved
- 4 slices Sweet Earth vegan bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
- 15 oz can artichoke hearts halved
- ½ cup frozen spinach thawed
- 1 bag Daiya mozzarella
- ¼ cup apple honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Follow Neapolitan pizza crust recipe to prepare the crust
- Preheat oven to 500°F
- In a small saucepan heat apple honey and red pepper flakes over medium heat until warm. Cover and remove from heat and let sit until pizza is cooked.
- Add olive oil to skillet. Over medium heat sautee artichokes until slightly browned and spinach is warm.
- Top the crust with Daiya cheese, Yves vegan salami, Sweet Earth vegan bacon, artichoke hearts, frozen spinach
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until the crust is browned and toppings are cooked through.
- Drizzle spicy apple honey over pizza and serve.
